Since 1882 the Grand Hotel Vesuvio has been the Neapolitan home for celebrities and travellers from all over the world. The Grand Hotel Vesuvio had a moral obligation to name the roof-garden restaurant after Enrico Caruso, since the tenor was a loyal guest of the hotel which he liked to define as "his Neapolitan home" and he spent there, back in Naples, the last years of his his life. The Caruso Restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 20.30 to 22.30; Saturday and Sunday from 13.00 to 15.00

The Sky Lounge is the beautiful and super panoramic Solarium & Cocktail Bar on the tenth floor of the Grand Hotel Vesuvio. It is open to guests from April to October every day from 10.30 to 18.00. The Cocktail Bar is accessible every day from 10.30 to 23.00. The opening is subject to the daily climatic conditions and to eventual closures for private events.
